There are so many options out there when it comes to accompaniments for your grilled grub. With summer on the horizon, we assembled some of our favorite ways to drizzle your grilled meats and vegetables to really let the flavor shine. And as you become one with the grill, don’t forget to snap a picture of your creation and share it with us on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram!

Check out these must-try picks to kick up your grilling experience and my personal recommendations for how to integrate them.

1. DLM Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
As your steak comes off the grill, try drizzling it with our Aged Balsamic to really take it to the next level.

2. Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Wasabi Garnishing Sauce
If you are a wasabi lover, this sauce is for you! It comes in a fun squeeze bottle and is excellent for garnishing grilled fish, crab cakes, or seared tuna.

3. DLM Grilling & Seasoning Rub
We use this stuff on everything. It’s wickedly good on burgers, salmon, swordfish, skirt steak—the list goes on!

4. Housemade Thai Chili Sriracha
If you haven’t tried it yet, where have you been? This is Dayton’s own award-winning Sriracha—a perfect balance of sweet and hot.

5. Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce
Popular at Japanese restaurants, this Hibachi-style sauce is delicious drizzled over grilled steak, chicken, and vegetables.

6. Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
This is a true teriyaki sauce that makes chicken, tofu, and fish really shine.

7. DLM Original Barbecue Sauce
We cook and bottle this up locally and it’s the best of Cincinnati (think Montgomery Inn-style) with a little Kanas City-style thrown in there!

8. Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt
Salt, smoke, and Bourbon—what’s not to like? This salt gives burgers, pork chops, and steaks an extra kick of flavor that’s perfect for your backyard grill.

9. Jack’s Grill Pineapple, Peaches and Peppers Grilling Sauce
This tropical-style sauce is brimming with sweet and tangy flavors. It’s perfect for dipping grilled shrimp and chicken, or poured over cream cheese for a fun party dip at your next barbecue.

10. Maya Kaimal Butter Masala
This family friendly Indian-style simmering sauce has mild flavors of tomato, ginger, and cream. Just simmer chunks of DLM Natural Chicken, serve with steamed rice, and dinner is ready in no time!

11. Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
This stuff is addicting and is the ultimate “cheffy” garnish! I’ve yet to find a better finishing salt than this one. Sprinkle on grilled fish—you won’t regret it.

12. Lillie’s Q Ivory Barbeque Sauce
This is a traditional Alabama-style barbecue sauce that is sweet and tangy with a Cajun punch. I love it on grilled chicken and it pairs amazingly well with French fries. Try it as a dressing for coleslaw, too.
