5 Tips to Survive the Holiday Hustle & Bustle

The holiday season is upon us, which means that so is the stress that comes with it. If you are hosting a party, you are extra susceptible. With that stress comes the potential for a weakened immune system, which nobody wants. So as you make your plans, make sure to build in a strategy to minimize your stress level and to take care of you. Here, we’ve assembled survival tips to help you navigate the holiday craze unscathed.

1. Think calm. We have NuNaturals Calm Mind, my personal go-to for helping to have a clear mind when I need it most. This contains a combo of GABA and Suntheanine L-Theanine.
