Greek salsa is not a traditional dish, but it is delicious! All the best flavors from the sunny country of Greece are in this addicting salsa: feta cheese, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh dill, and parsley tossed together in Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Top it over grilled shrimp or chicken, or toss it with pasta.
