Brace Yourself for Lobstermania

Spring can only mean one thing: Lobstermania! Each May, our dear friends from Maine, brothers John and Brendan Ready as well as Curt and Michelle Brown, come to town for an exciting celebration of all things lobster.

It’ll start with a Lobster 101 class co-hosted by the Ready brothers and Chef Carrie at the renowned DLM Culinary Center from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 22. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to cook lobster at home or you’re fascinated by the lives of lobster fishermen, you won’t be disappointed. You’ll walk away with the knowledge to successfully cook decadent lobster at home, as well as entertaining trapping stories, favorite recipes, and many laughs.

Then, get ready for Lobstermania on Saturday, May 23, the much-anticipated springtime feast. Come early and pick up delicious lobster at a great price. Get ’em while you can because the sale ends when we run out (usually early afternoon that day). Along with lobsters, we’ll set you up with tongs, corn-on-the-cob, aprons and all the fixins for an East Coast lobster feast.
