Seriously Good Sushi

Have you checked out our sushi lately? Just pass by our sushi bars and with a quick glance you can see the beauty and quality. In September, we partnered with a new group of sushi chefs, who were classically trained in Korea. Being a coastal country with a strong seafaring culture, and in proximity to Japan, it’s no surprise that you see great sushi chefs of Korean origin.

Sushi may be found in so many places these days, but sadly, much of what is offered both in supermarkets and restaurants uses fish of mediocre quality, thick globs of rice to reduce costs, and is overly sauced. We’ve all had it, and you quickly tire of it.

On the other hand, what do I mean by our seriously good sushi? Our new chefs use outstanding ingredients, especially high quality fish. They make it properly: the rice is in proportion and is gently formed, and all the flavors, including the sauce are balanced. You feel good after you eat it, and you want more the next day! Indeed, it tastes better than any sushi we’ve offered in the past 20 years. It you haven’t had it lately, come in to DLM soon for a great meal of sushi.
