DLM Uncured Bacon
This is the bacon we use in some of our signature recipes, like our Pine Club Salad. Itís nitrate/nitrite free, made with duBreton Natural Pork. Add it to a cheeseburger, wrap around a meatloaf, or add it to a grilled cheese sandwiched using our Farmhouse bread with Barberís 1833 Vintage Cheddar.
In Italian, gaunciale means "pillow" but we consider ours to mean "wicked good" jowl bacon!
