DLM Gelatos and Sorbettos
Our private label gelatos and sorbettos are made in small batches by Matt Madison from Cincinnati. Matt uses Italian equipment, and flavor bases that he buys from an Italian company (out of Bologna, no less). He makes every batch with love and passion and even developed a variety using our most famous product: our Killer Brownie®! Gelato is similar to ice cream, but has only about half the fat of the super-premium ice creams. So why does gelato taste so good? Air is the secret, or rather the lack of it. Gelato has much less air than ice cream, giving you that rich mouthfeel and depth of flavor. Gelato also is traditionally made with flavors you don’t usually see in ice cream — hazelnut, to name just one. Matt is making sorbetto for us as well. DLM Sorbetto contains simple, clean ingredients, with interesting twists of flavor, including fresh citrus and herbs.
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream
Jeni Britton Bauer became inspired to make artisan ice creams while working at a French pâtisserie. Drawing on the practices of a traditional pastry kitchen, Jeni created her own techniques to make American ice creams that are less sweet and more flavorful. Each of Jeni’s flavors is artfully achieved with fresh ingredients found in the Ohio countryside, as well as responsibly raised exotics from around the world. Jeni makes her ice creams with local organic Ohio milk from grass-fed cows, milk free of antibiotics, growth hormones, herbicides, or pesticides.
Bon Appétit identifies Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams as one of the top three food businesses in Ohio. For her culinary and business leadership, Food & Wine magazine named Jeni a "top young talent who has changed the world of food and wine by the age of 35."

Ohio City Pasta
American durum and semolina flours are custom-blended as the essential base for all products from the Cleveland-based company, Ohio City Pasta. Whole eggs add richness and texture to the pasta. No artificial ingredients or flavor enhancements are used. The finest and freshest spices and flavors include Spanish saffron, Tellicherry peppercorns, genuine squid ink, fresh herbs, and countless other quality ingredients. The ravioli fillings are made in-house from scratch, and include sautéed mushrooms, grated cheeses, and roasted butternut squash.
Bessie’s Homemade Noodles
Bessie’s Noodles makes cooking simple, and provides a taste of family heritage and tradition by doing all the work for you. Now the time has come to share their family treasures with DLM. Bessie’s Noodles is an Ohio Proud company making delicious homemade egg noodles. Every noodle that leaves their kitchen is all natural and handmade from scratch using a 100-year-old recipe. Bessie’s is a local company based out of Miamisburg, Ohio and was also featured on Food Network with Sunny Anderson.
Tina’s Sweet Treats
Tina’s Sweet Treats is a gluten-free bakery located in Franklin, Ohio. When Tina’s husband and two daughters were diagnosed with celiac disease, she became serious about making great gluten-free baked goods that everyone could enjoy, so they wouldn’t feel like they were missing out. She makes a delicious frozen pie crust ready for you to bake.

The Barnaby Pie Co. Pie Crust
Local resident Susan Steele uses sweet creamery butter and Non-GMO flour. Each crust is hand rolled in small batches from a treasured family recipe.
