Nature of affair: An Afternoon picnic and a sit down evening dinner will have different needs. When making your decisions it is important to remember that the season, time of day and nature of the function can dramatically affect consumption. Remember, you know your guests.
Bottle size: While it is sometimes cheaper to buy in larger bottle formats, consumption must be considered. It is often better to purchase in 750 ml size as there is less spillage, easier handling and simply less quantity left in open bottles.
