Fra'Mani Salami

Fra’ Mani is drier with more intense and complex flavors. This allows for a truly unique selection of Italian salami that is rare for this area. With a wide variety of offerings using ingredients such as black truffles, juniper berries, and fine Italian spices, there is a suitable choice for even the most finicky of palates.

Fra' Mani Salametto
A smaller salami that is packed with coarsely ground, all-natural meat. It has a rich color and full flavor. This is perfect salami to take on picnics or for a fun food gift. Great for an appetizer tray as well.

Fra' Mani Salametto Piccante
This is a Spanish-influenced dry chorizo. Owner/Chef Paul Bertolli uses the famous Spanish smoky, sweet paprika "pimenton de la Vera" to season it. Try it as a tapas with Manchego cheese and a glass of Spanish sherry or red wine.

Fra' Mani Samale Nostrano
Translated as “our own”, this coarsely ground mild salami has a hint of sweetness in its flavor. Best served with fresh melon or figs. Salame Nostrano is a perfect addition to any appetizer platter.
