Gourmet Take Away Items

Asiago Encrusted Chicken
Our DLM Chicken encrusted with Asiago cheese and Japanese Breadcrumbs.

Twice-Baked Potatoes
They are called Twice-Baked Potatoes for two reasons: because of the way they are prepared, and because they are twice as good as regular baked potatoes. Once baked the first time, the inner part of the potato is whipped together with all the good stuff: real butter, Cheddar cheese, and a dash of nutmeg. Once those ingredients are added they are baked a second time to stay true to their name.

DLM Meatloaf
If you've taken the uncooked meatloaf from the Meat Department home to prepare, then you know that it is worthy of praise. We've made enjoying this delicious entrée at home even easier by having it ready to reheat and serve. The same quality recipe is used, containing du Breton Natural Pork and DLM Natural Beef from Coleman®. Try serving with a Twice-Baked Potato and your favorite deli salad.

Italian Chicken Breasts
A zesty Italian marinade is used to bathe our DLM Free-Range Chicken breasts. The marinade includes vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, and fresh red peppers.

Meat and Cheese Lasagna
This Italian entrée is layered with goodness. We use our own DLM Italian Sausage; a small mountain of Parmesan, provolone, and ricotta cheeses; marinara sauce; and fragant Italian spices. Just heat and serve with our Artisan French Baguette and you will feel like you're enjoying a meal in an authentic Italian café.

Vegetable Lasagna
Whether you are a vegetarian or just a veggie-lover, this vegetable lasagna will leave you wanting more. Creamy ricotta, spinach, and zucchini are layered amid tender pasta, rich tomato sauce, and zesty herbs.

Chicken Pot Pies
We fill a melt-in-your-mouth butter pie crust with all natural ingredients: DLM Free-Range Chicken, carrots, peas, red peppers, mushrooms, onions, celery, and a blend of tasty spices. These little individual pot pies are perfect for any meal and will feed your soul. They will make you feel like you are eating at Grandma's house.

Chesapeake Crab Cakes
The classic Mid-Atlantic crab cake. Delicate in flavor, with no onions, peppers, or celery to mask the great taste of the crab! Serve this with a spicy rémoulade sauce. The cakes are palm-sized, and could suffice as part of a meal or as an appetizer served atop a bed of spring greens with a dollop of rémoulade sauce on the side.

Multi-Grain Spinach Cakes
Spinach comes together with wheat berries, orzo, sushi rice, Butterkase cheese, green onion, garlic, dill, and wild rice to make these Multi-Grain Spinach Cakes. They are vegetarian and can be served as an appetizer or an entrée dish.

Green Beans Almandine
Fresh crisp green beans lightly seasoned and garnished with toasted, silvered almonds. A year-round favorite side dish for your favorite entrée.

Salmon Patties
Fresh Salmon, green onions, lemon juice, sea salt, white pepper, a touch of dill, and bread crumbs highlight these tender mild patties. Great for lunch or try this with a salad for a healthy light dinner.
