Boar's Head Old World Specialties

We are proud to offer you a fine selection of Boar’s Head Old World Specialties. All are made with time-honored traditional craftsmanship. The following products are offered here at Dorothy Lane Market:

Bresaola
Traditional Italian dry-cured beef that originated in the Alpine region. Very lean and tender, this exceptional beef should be shaved paper thin and served as carpaccio, sprinkled with Vera Jane’s Olive Oil, arugula and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese.

Cacciatorino
This small, dry-cured salame is made with pork, coarsely ground, and aged 21 days. Cacciatorino means “hunter style” because these small links were meant to be put in knapsacks. You can serve them on a cheese platter or in an antipasto.

Capocollo
Another traditional Italian deli meat, also called “coppa”, Capocollo’s richness and fine aroma are the result of delicately seasoning highly-marbled cuts and slowly dry aging them. Available in both hot and sweet varieties. Serve thinly sliced with fruit, cheese and your favorite DLM Artisan Bread.
