Jo Ann Potts is the Director of Customer Resources at Dorothy Lane Market. She started her second career with DLM in 2001. An avid cook thanks to the Culinary Arts program at Sinclair Community College, she especially likes to prepare new recipes using a wide variety of ingredients. She also enjoys casual entertaining, particularly with themes.

Our Customer Resources Department is ready to help you with all of your shopping needs. The department is involved with introducing new products via store demonstrations, as well as creating and testing new recipes. Our Customer Resources Department also coordinates special promotions, conducts store tours, oversees the Customer Advisory Board, and organizes the DLM Kids’ Club activities.
