Jo Ann Potts

Jo Ann Potts is the Director of Customer Resources at Dorothy Lane Market. She started her second career with DLM in 2001. An avid cook thanks to the Culinary Arts program at Sinclair Community College, she especially likes to prepare new recipes using a wide variety of ingredients. She also enjoys casual entertaining, particularly with themes.

Customer Advisory Board
In order to better meet our customers’ needs, we have a Customer Advisory Board. A cross section of DLM shoppers meets regularly to voice their opinions and concerns, offer suggestions for improvement, and share their ideas for future plans for the store. Several changes have been made as a direct result of their input.
