Holland Gouda - Famous red waxed cheese that is firm and mild.

Parrano - A Dutch cow's milk cheese that has a sweet, nut-flavored taste. Parrano has flavors identical to a mild and aged Gouda. It is a wonderful cheese for slicing and grating. Excellent with fruits, nuts, and dense breads.
