Orin Swift 2011 Palermo
We love this wine! It has a dark berry and ripe currant nose, with rich oak and aged cigar box undertones. The finish is long and broad with ripe tannins and plenty of structure. A great blend of primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with some character added from a bit of Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc. $37

Domaine de Pellehaut Red or White
The white is a tasty blend of Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, Colombard, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp, vibrant, and with a floral snap, it’s perfect paired with seafood, poultry, or cheese.
