Hands-On Class; Junior Chefs (4-6 grades)
Manager of DLM's LOVE Cakes for this fun class and learn the basics of cake decorating! Katherine will teach students techniques and offer creative ideas for decorating cakes and cupcakes. Each student will go home with their uniquely decorated cake. Snacks will be served.

Grilling Myths Debunked with Chef Carrie
as she debunks popular and common outdoor cooking myths in this unique grilling class. We'll topple lots of old school rules while eating all of the research! Menu will include
Reverse Seared Steaks; Beer Brined Pork Loin; Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast; Bacon Wrapped Shrimp;
Chef's Favorite Grilled Dessert.
This menu will be paired with wine and beer.

A few years ago our culinary staff had a Julia Child birthday celebration
(Julia's birth date: August 15, 1912).
Each of us brought a dish to share using a recipe from one of her cookbooks. Needless to say, it was one of the most delicious pot-lucks any of us had ever been part of! Join us for this class where every recipe demonstrated will be from one of her critically acclaimed books. Julia Child is recognized for bringing French cuisine to the American public and we think this is cause for celebration! Wine Educator
