Cook the Book: Michael Symon 
Michael Symon is credited with helping to "save" the restaurant scene in Downtown Cleveland. He is the chef and owner of a number of restaurants in the greater Cleveland area. Recognized as a celebrity chef with many television shows and contributions to food magazines, his recipes are considered some of the finest. We'll demonstrate a few of our favorites. "Lola" Chips with Rosemary and Blue Cheese Fondue; Shaved Vegetable Salad; Pork Souvlaki with Honeyed Apricots, and Banana Cream Pie. This menu will be paired with beer.
