Two-Day Summer Camp for wine-loving adults!
Join DLM's Wine Educators and Chef Carrie for a weekend day camp all about wine. On day 1, we will concentrate on learning all about the top grape varietals. Our trained and titled instructors will go in-depth on how to taste, recognizing characteristics, and learning an overall broad perspective of both old world and new world wines.
Day 2 will concentrate more on pairing food with wine with some hands-on participation; learning why particular foods work so well with specific varietals. $150.00 for both days; Saturday, July 16, 2-5 and Sunday, July 17, 2-5.
