French Red Wine Regions & Their Cuisines 
Join Wine Educator George Punter and Chef Carrie as they "tour" the country of France by regions famous for red wine varietals. In this class we'll learn and taste our way through Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhone Valley, Languedoc and Alsace. George will share his favorite examples per region and Chef Carrie will highlight delicious specialties from those specific areas. Tasting menu includes: Chicken Liver Mousse Pâté; French Onion Soup; Pan Bagat; Beef Bourguignon; and Chocolate Mousse.

Chef Carrie is taking some of her favorite appetizers and hors d'oeuvres from the last 10 years of DLM's Food and Wine Show and sharing them with us. Of course, we can't talk about the Food and Wine Show without the WINE, so Teresa, DLM's own certified Wine Educator, will pair some of her favorite wines we've featured and will pair them with all of those yummy appetizers!

This Girls' Night Out class menu will focus on some family pleasing holiday "fancy" meal solutions that will keep you sane and your in-laws, relatives, neighbors and everyone else that just "drops by" happy and well fed! Wine Educator extraordinaire, Teresa will pair up some special wines and champagne that will delight you palate but not break the bank! Baked Penne with Tomato and 5 Cheeses; Garlic Rubbed Roast Beef with Mushroom Sauce; Domino Potatoes; Kale Gratin; Carrie's favorite cake "hack" Banana with Caramel Frosting and Pecans; and for the early risers; Olive Oil and Maple Granola.
