Our Culinary Center Team is a group of passionate food enthusiasts who love to share our knowledge of all things culinary. We talk for hours about our obsession for cooking, baking, food trends, challenging recipes, food publications, favorite cookbooks, cookbook authors, favorite chefs, the best restaurants, etc., etc.! Classes and events in this category will highlight dishes from our favorite cookbooks and/or tried and true recipes we'd love to share with you. Cook The Book and Hot Dish! are subjects in this category.

Seafood Supper Club 
Join us for a delicious 3-course dinner featuring DLM's freshest seafood. The Culinary Center staff will prepare a seafood dinner using their favorite seafood recipes and incorporating them into a delicious sit down dinner. Dinner comes complete with the recipes for you to take and try at home. Reserve your spot for a different way to dine out! Wine and beer will be available for purchase separately. Tonight's Menu: Shrimp Louie Salad; Seafood Newburg and Raspberry Meringue Tart.

Cook the Book: Michael Symon 
Michael Symon is credited with helping to "save" the restaurant scene in Downtown Cleveland. He is the chef and owner of a number of restaurants in the greater Cleveland area. Recognized as a celebrity chef with many television shows and contributions to food magazines, his recipes are considered some of the finest. We'll demonstrate a few of our favorites. "Lola" Chips with Rosemary and Blue Cheese Fondue; Shaved Vegetable Salad; Pork Souvlaki with Honeyed Apricots, and Banana Cream Pie. This menu will be paired with beer.

Cook the Book: Food 52 Genius Recipes 
The recipes in this book are a conglomeration of cookbook authors, chefs and bloggers our staff trusts for great recipe ideas. These are what Food52 Executive Editor Kristen Miglore calls genius recipes. Great recipes don't need to be complicated or labor intensive and this book is a perfect example of that. This book contains 100 of the most essential recipes with tips and techniques for creating simply delicious food. Ricotta Crostini with Kale Pesto, Sticky Balsamic Ribs, Gratin of Zucchini, Rice and Onions with Cheese, and New Classic Coconut Macaroons with Lime Zest and Cinnamon. This menu will be paired with wine.

Join us for a relaxing afternoon full of sweet and savory bites. Zebbie, Peggy, Terry & Ruth will be preparing savory and sweet confections that you'll want to recreate for your home tea party. We'll have a DIY tea bar so that you may help yourself to a variety of teas. We'll demonstrate how to make these tea delights and share our ideas for creating the most charming tea party for all of your tea party occasions.
