Beer brings great things to food; the hops add bitterness, which is offset with the sweetness of the malted grain and complemented by the flavor of the yeast. Grab a partner or friend and learn to make these delicious and interesting recipes. Beer-Steamed Mussels with Oranges and Fennel; Mixed Green Salad with Fruit Ale Dressing; Pan-Seared Steak with Porter Pan Sauce and Onion Straw; Pale Ale Scalloped Potatoes ;and Raspberry Lambic Tiramisu.
