Lasagna is typical of the cuisine of Italy with many regional variations, and this version is Mary's specialty. Grab your partner or a friend and spend the afternoon at the Culinary Center making homemade lasagna noodles with the end result being the most delicious entrée. Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp with Salsa Verde; Lasagna Mary's Way; Fresh Green Beans with Garlic; Cheesy Garlic Bread; Spinach Salad; and Chocolate-Hazelnut Pudding. Menu will be paired with wine.

This is a class that sounds like a dinner party! Join Mary and help prepare this Italian menu then relax with a glass of wine in a dinner party setting and enjoy the fabulous meal you created together. Appetizer Plate with Crab and White Bean Crostini; Rosemary Roasted Almonds and Dried Figs; NY Strip Steak with Salsa Verde; Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce and Finished with Basil Oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano; Sweet Potato, Roasted Red Peppers, Asparagus, and Spinach in a Pesto Vinaigrette; and for dessert, Florentine Cookie Dipped in Chocolate and served with Gelato. This menu will be paired with wine.

Kelly, our resident beer aficionado, is back with more (much requested) beer-infused recipes. Beer brings great things to food; the hops add bitterness, which is offset with the sweetness of the malted grain and complemented by the flavor of the yeast. Grab a partner or friend and learn to make these delicious and interesting recipes. Beer-Steamed Mussels with Oranges and Fennel; Mixed Green Salad with Fruit Ale Dressing; Pan-Seared Steak with Porter Pan Sauce and Onion Straw; Pale Ale Scalloped Potatoes ;and Raspberry Lambic Tiramisu.

From bland to grand! In this class, Jack will teach you how to enhance the flavor of your food by using the contents from your liquor cabinet. Whether cooking with wine, beer, or liquor, alcohol brings about the flavor in food. Limoncello Shrimp Bruschetta; Vodka Sauce with Italian Sausage and Penne Pasta; Pan-Seared Pork Loin with Cognac Mustard Sauce; Yamarettos; and Grilled Fresh Pineapple with Rum Butter Sauce.
