Quick Whole Grain Bread: a simple, yeasted quick bread that's perfect with lots of butter; Tuscan Farro Soup: rib sticking and flavorful, a great soup for winter; Barley & Tomato Salad with Smoked Mozzarella - one of Bryn's all-time favorite recipes; ideal for a potluck; Cheesy Butternut Squash & Wild Rice Bake - total comfort food; and French Yogurt Cake - we're departing from the whole grain theme here, but this little cake is still on the healthier side.
