Chilled Carrot Soup with Coconut and Lemongrass; Moroccan Chicken Salad; Fresh Corn and Chili Chowder; Black Quinoa Salad with Lemon, Avocado, and Pistachios; Roasted Tomato Bread with Kale Pesto; Orzo with Grilled Shrimp; and Summer Vegetables with Lemony Herb Vinaigrette. This menu will be paired with wine.
