Hands-On Class
Join Chef Carrie for one of her all time favorite hands-on classes! We'll learn step by step how to wrap and roll some of Asia's best appetizers. Vietnamese Style Crab Spring Rolls; Fresh Shrimp and Pork Rice Paper Rolls; Saigon Grilled Beef Parcels; Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps; and Steamed Shu Mai Dumplings. We'll pair this menu with beer and wine.

Cake Decorating 101 
Hands-On Class
Find inspiration and develop a creative eye for cake design with LOVE Cakes Sabrina Fiffe. Students will decorate cakes and cupcakes using buttercream icing. The class will teach basic techniques from preparing the cake: leveling, filling, and icing a cake smoothly. Students will also learn to recognize the proper icing consistency for piping and decoration, as well as which tips to use for the best flowers, leaves, bows, balloons and basket weaves, as well as decorative writing. Students will decorate their own special occasion cakes with a personalized message to take home. Although this class is a beginner's class, it is fast paced and full of information needed to decorate cakes at home. Light snacks will be served.

Join us for a relaxing afternoon full of sweet and savory bites. Zebbie, Peggy, Terry & Ruth will be preparing savory and sweet confections that you'll want to recreate for your home tea party. We'll have a DIY tea bar so that you may help yourself to a variety of teas. We'll demonstrate how to make these tea delights and share our ideas for creating the most charming tea party for all of your tea party occasions.

The Instant Pot is all the rage with passionate foodies and home cooks. Join Julia for this class and she'll show you why it's so popular. Instant Pots may be used for virtually every kitchen task imaginable: sautéeing pressure-cooking, steaming, even making yogurt and cheesecakes. Julia will demonstrate how easy it is to use and how you be able to get dinner on the table in a snap. She'll demonstrate several recipes that show the versatility of this amazing multicooker.

Lobster 101 
Join us for our traditional kick-off to summer Lobster Fest! The Ready Family are flying in from Maine and will be our featured instructors at the DLM Culinary Center hosting this 'Lobster 101' class. Full of great lobster tales, no pun intended, these folks are very entertaining and full of knowledge! Menu includes: Lobster Rolls; a decadent Lobster Mac and Cheese; and traditional Boiled Lobster, and Chef Carrie's famous Blueberry Cobbler. And of course, we will pair all of this delicious lobster with wine!
