3 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil |
1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves (1 tsp dried thyme may be substituted) |
Freshly ground pepper |
1 additional Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil |
Brush the fish steak with 3 tablespoons olive oil, thyme leaves, and freshly ground pepper. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour before grilling.
Heat the grill. Place steak on grill. Cook 7 minutes total, turning steak after 3 minutes. Remove from grill and drizzle additional olive oil over the top.Makes 2 servings
