1 Tbsp DLM Classic Dijon Mustard |
1 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil |
1 Tbsp chili sauce |
1 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Horseradish |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed |
2 Halibut steaks (about 1 lb) |
Parsley to garnish |
1 lemon, quartered |
Preheat broiler or grill. Mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, chili sauce, horseradish, salt, and garlic in a small bowl. Place Halibut steaks in one layer in a greased baking pan. Evenly spread half of mustard mixture over steaks. Broil or grill 5 minutes.
Turn steaks. Evenly spread remaining mustard mixture over steaks. Broil or grill another 5 minutes (about 10 minutes an inch). Remove to serving platter. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
