Tropical Fruit Salad
| Dressing: |
| 3 Tbsp vegetable oil |
| 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce |
| 3 Tbsp lime juice |
| 1/2 cup shredded cheese blend |
| 2 tsp sugar |
| 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper |
| Salad: |
| 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces |
| 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved |
| 1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted |
| 1 medium green apple, cut into thin wedges and halved |
| 1 cup shredded cheese blend |
| 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced |
In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients except cheese; whisk to blend. Stir in cheese. Set aside. In a large mixing or salad bowl, combine all salad ingredients except nuts and cheese. Add dressing; toss. Chill, if desired. Toss with walnuts and cheese.
