Asparagus with Basilicata Dressing
| 1 bunch asparagus |
| 8 oz sliced mushrooms |
| 1/3 cup Basilicata dressing |
Remove woody ends from asparagus and cut asparagus in half. Steam asparagus 4 to 5 minutes or until just tender. Quickly cool asparagus in ice water. Drain water and combine asparagus, mushrooms, and Basilicata dressing. Toss to coat.
