Abbott Nutrition is issuing a precautionary recall on ZonePerfect Chocolate Caramel Cluster Bars because peanut granules were sourced from the PCA plant in Palnview, Texas. The FDA has indicated that the Peanut Corporation of America (PCA) is under investigation in the salmonella outbreak thought to be caused by tainted peanut butter. The company has not received any consumer illness complaints, but they are urging you not to eat the product until the investigation has been conducted. |
