New! Pigtale Twist All-Natural Sauce and Dressings
All of the products from Pigtale Twist are crafted by Lamb's Farm of Libertyville, Illinois, a safe and beautiful residential community for mentally challenged adults. The residents help by labeling each recyclable bottle. A portion of each sale goes to this residential community. All of the Pigtale Twist products are made with the freshest local ingredients, no MSG, and are gluten free and half the calories of other similar products. One Illinois homemaker says “My family loves the Ridiculously Garlic Blue Dressing and won’t let me buy any other brand. I can’t believe this is ½ the calories with twice the taste!” The Three Berry Vinaigrette as well as the Buttery Caramel Sauce are delicious as well.

DLM Store-Made Corned Beef
For your St. Patrick’s Day dinner we are making our own corned beef. We start off with only the finest cuts of DLM Natural Beef (flat-cut brisket, bottom round, and eye of round) and pickle it with a curing blend of special seasonings and spices for two weeks before it is ready to cook. The only shortcut taken here was that we had to use local leprechauns to produce this product! Roast a slab of this corned beef with a head of cabbage and five pounds of potatoes, and your family and friends won't go hungry for a week! The great thing about it is the leftovers just get better. And think about the Ruebens you can make!

It's Halibut Time!
Alaskan halibut season has begun this month. It's like Groundhog Day to Alaskans - marking the "almost end" of winter! The supply should increase as the month goes on, so add this first-of-the-season treat to your menu. Large-flaked and mild, this white meat fish adapts well to any type of cooking. Get the grill out of hibernation, because the fresh halibut is here to stay, and it's just the beginning of the wild Alaska fish season!

Cahill Pub Spread
Cahill’s Porter Cheddar and Boar’s Head Deli Style Mustard marry together with fresh green onions and chives to give this spread all the flair of a traditional Irish pub. Serve spread over rye bread with a pint of Guinness for a wonderful Old World experience. Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, Cahill Pub Spread is available only through March. Or try the Honestly Better® Emerald Isle Pub Spread, an Irish tradition loaded with Irish Cheddar and horseradish for an added zing.

New! Laxmi’s Delights Organic Flaxseed Spreads
Laxmi Hiremath has been eating flaxseeds her entire life. Two decades ago she moved to America and her new home in Columbus, where she decided to replicate what she had seen in her mother’s kitchen. Her organic flaxseed spreads began as a nutritious alternative to peanut butter for her children. All of the flavors are heart healthy, high fiber, and packed with Omega-3s. Flaxseed may play a role in the prevention and treatment of high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers. Now you can incorporate a heart-healthy spread into most meals when served with crackers, bread sticks, artisan cheese, flatbreads, or toast.
