New! Local Traders Point
Creamery Cottage Cheese

Traders Point Creamery is a family owned artisan dairy farm located in Zionsville, Indiana. Their herd of Brown Swiss cows never receive antibiotics or synthetic hormones and they spend all of their time on pastures that have never been administered synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. Animals raised on pasture and eat rich greens acquire nutrients that are important to human health: omega-3, fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acids (CLA), beta-carotene and vitamins A and D. Traders Point Cottage Cheese is smooth and rich and one of the best we've ever tasted!

Grocery

New! King Arthur
Gluten-Free Baking Mixes

King Arthur Flour has introduced gluten-free baking mixes that are certified gluten-free by the non-profit Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO). The mixes are wheat free, soy free, and nut free, and there are no additives, preservatives, or artificial flavors. The Multi-Purpose Flour is a blend of white rice and whole-grain (brown) rice flours, tapioca starch, and potato starch, and is perfect for all of your gluten-free recipes. There is no need to mix together the many different flours most gluten-free recipes call for; simply substitute the King Arthur Flour instead.
