Recipe of the Week:
Turkey Meatball Subs with Sauces 'n Love Pomodoro & Basilico Sauce
Using turkey instead of beef is a fun dinner-time twist to your regular meatball sub. Because turkey has less fat, some people find it less flavorful, so have fun with this recipe and add some of your favorite herbs and spices. For spice lovers, add ½ tsp of Cayenne or chili powder. For herb lovers, add oregano, tarragon, basil, or marjoram.

New! Sauces 'n Love
Sauces 'n Love’s delicious gluten-free tomato sauces are made with only the highest-quality ingredients, including farm-fresh tomatoes (never from a can) and organic herbs. The Italian family recipes have been passed down through the generations. Now that’s love! Instead of tomatoes, use the Arrabbiata Sauce, which has habanero peppers and fresh parsley, as a spicy addition to any recipe. It is the perfect spice to add to lentil stew, ratatouille, or your favorite Mexican meal. Excellent as a dip for shrimp cocktail or chips; spicy and delicious over just about anything – baked chicken or fish, and grilled vegetables.

New! mySmoothie
Former Miss Sweden 1994 Domenique Forsberg grew to appreciate the value of nature, the outdoors, and berries growing under the midnight sun. Her grandmother used to make fresh berry drinks as healthy snacks for Domenique to take with her on hiking and skiing trips, and she eventually decided to create her own pre-packed version. From these humble origins mySmoothie has grown into a global brand. mySmoothie is a true fruit smoothie, containing nothing but 100% mixed fruit and berries, and is 100% free from additives, preservatives, dairy, wheat, gluten, GMO, and added sugar. The smoothies are a great complement to reaching your daily intake of fruit and vegetables.

New! Gluten-Free Donut Holes
Founder and owner of Celiac Specialties Michelle Fuller, an avid cook, often taught cooking classes. One day, a student asked if she might be interested in cooking for a friend who had a toddler with an intolerance to wheat and gluten. She agreed and soon began learning all about making gluten-free meals and baked goods. She began developing her own recipes and opened Celiac Specialties Bakery & Coffee House. Michelle uses her own gluten-free baking base. She blends rice, potato starch, and tapioca starch along with ingredients such as xanthan gum and guar gum to create donuts. Now we are proud to carry her donut holes in cinnamon sugar and powder sugar. Michelle will also be the guest speaker at the DLM Gluten-Free Food Lovers’ Club meeting during the March 20 Health Fair at the Springboro Community Room.
