Completely thaw poultry before grilling so it cooks more evenly. Defrost in the refrigerator, in cold water, or in the microwave. Never defrost food at room temperature! Food thawed in cold water or in the microwave should be cooked immediately.

Farmers' Market this Saturday
Join us this weekend as DLM celebrates "Eat Local". Our first annual Farmers' Market will be held this Saturday, July 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Springboro store. Meet DLM vendors who supply us with locally grown produce, honey, meat, etc., and purchase goods straight from their farms.
Beeler's Brats Cookout
Join us this Saturday and Sunday, July 23 and 24, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for delicious grilled uncured pork brats from Beeler's. The "uncured" label means no added chemical preservatives such as sodium nitrites or MSG to bolster flavor and give added color. You don't need a dictionary to read the ingredient label, and all the uncured products are gluten free. $4.00 includes a free DLM Canadian Spring Water.

Prima Peach Pillow
We created this delectable dessert using fresh, in-season Prima Sweet Peaches. We sandwich lightly sweet pastry cream and fresh whipped cream with Prima Sweet Peaches between two palmiers (lightly sweetened croissant dough, baked until crispy). This dessert, large enough for two, is a refreshing summer delight. Available only for a very limited time; when the peaches are gone, they're gone!

Baudelaire Soaps
We have two new soaps from Baudelaire - "Sea Loofa" and "Loofa Mint". These soaps are made the traditional way by "milling" the ingredients three times for a rich, long-lasting bar. These exfoliating soaps made in the USA also feature a pure vegetable base and moisturizing shea butter, with 2% seaweed from the French Coast.
