New! Bilinski's All Natural Chicken Sausages
In 1929 Joseph Bilinski began making and selling his traditional chicken sausages right out of his own home and from door-to-door. Today the sausages are all natural or certified organic. The products are nitrite and preservative free, and are made from chickens that are raised in clean, comfortable conditions with integrity - with no antibiotics, no animal by-products in their feed, and no hormones. They are wheat and gluten free and contain no casing. These fully cooked sausages are made only from skinless chicken leg and thigh meat.

Mary Cooney has been canning most her life, and she will guide us through the steps it takes to can tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, and peaches, and how to make peach jam.
