Recipe of the Week:
Chicken with Creamy Mushrooms

It's 5 p.m. — Do you know what's for dinner tonight? Try this easy, but elegant-looking dish. It begins with thin-sliced DLM Chicken Breast Cutlets which are cooked till golden brown. Sliced mushrooms are sautéed; and heavy cream, goat cheese, and chopped parsley are added to finish the sauce. Serve this naturally gluten-free meal with a salad and your favorite wine. Enjoy!

Come hear Lori Kelch and Chris Myers talk about all these things and more, Tuesday, January 24 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the DLM Springboro Community Room. The seminar is $10 and seating is limited, so please register online, or contact Joanna Adams (937)748-6800 or Joy Kemp (937) 434-1294.

Food Safety Tip
Wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds before and after handling food, and after using the bathroom, changing diapers, and handling pets.
