Spice & Stir Sauces are a revolution in Indian convenience food, whereby exotic traditional ingredients are used in the sauce, with a difference: a special blend of fragrant spices, packed with home-style flavor, is stored in a separate container on top of the jar. Geeta's Saag is a spicy tomato sauce with spinach (saag), garlic, and dill seasoned with fenugreek and garam masala. Pudina Tikka is a mild creamy tomato sauce with mint (pudina) and coriander, seasoned with paprika, cumin, and cardamom. The spicy Jalfrezi is filled with onions, peppers, and green chillies seasoned with cumin, coriander, and garam masala. Just add the meat and serve 15 minutes later over rice.
