Recipe of the Week:

Capellini Pomodoro

For a light summer pasta dish, try this recipe using our new DLM Tomatoes, which are grown locally. Their flavor profile is a clean, fresh tomato flavor, less seasoned than other brands. This allows you to season them perfectly for whatever recipe you may be creating. Your cooking gets better when you use DLM Tomatoes!

Himalayan Salt Inhaler
As seen on the Dr. Oz show, the Himalayan Salt Inhaler provides the natural balance of salt needed to enhance the healing process necessary to alleviate respiratory ailments such as shortness of breath; sinus conditions; allergies, cold and flu symptoms; some types of snoring; and the effects of smoking and dehydration. The Himalayan crystal salt used in the inhaler has strong antibacterial properties that promote good health. The amount of salt used is so small it does not affect blood pressure or cause problems with thyroid conditions sensitive to iodine.
