Reserve Your Holiday Ham Today!
If you've ever tasted one, you know our exclusive fully cooked, spiral-sliced, honey-glazed Heavenly Ham® is ideal for holidays and special occasions, as well as for everyday meals. We use the finest American hams that have been slowly cured and mildly smoked with hickory. This Honestly Better® ham is at its best after heating in the oven for an hour at 325ºF, covered with foil. It makes great sandwiches as well. The spiral-cut, uniform slices are easily released from the bone with just a touch of a knife blade.

New! Organic Living Culinary Herbs
Nothing enhances the flavor of food like organically grown herbs straight from a plant. The founders of Shenandoah Growers have created a company committed to environmental stewardship, while striving to be the industry’s fresh herb expert. Their herbs are greenhouse grown in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. With a high natural oil content, the plants deliver a more intense flavor and a healthier product. Carefully remove your plant from its sleeve and place in a windowsill or other sunny location and water according to directions. Now you can enjoy basil, cilantro, dill, Italian parsley, mint, and thyme with every meal.

New! White Gold Raw Honey
This honey is never heated — so it is cold packed, which makes it raw. According to Wikipedia "Local raw honey is sought after by allergy sufferers as the pollen impurities are thought to lessen the sensitivity to hay fever." Monofloral honey is somewhat hard to find and always has a distinctive flavor, since it comes from one plant species' nectar. White Gold is hand-packed and not whipped, and is highly spreadable, making it the perfect accompaniment on toast or even on a sharp cheese, such as Blue Stilton or Gorgonzola.

New! Honibe Honey Drops
Honibe introduces the world's first pure, non-sticky honey that you can hold. Imagine no more sticky fingers! The Honey Drop is made with 100% all-natural, pure dried Honibe honey, with no additives and no artificial flavors. Since ancient times honey has been valued not only as a delicious sweet golden nectar, but also for its health benefits. Honey contains 22 amino acids and a variety of minerals essential for metabolism, and therefore helps in reducing weight. For anyone looking to watch their weight, honey should be their choice. Sweeten your hot tea, coffee, or hot water with these cute beehive-looking bits of honey.

They are the perfect height for a table centerpiece, and many people use a pavé centerpiece for wedding décor. We will be making a pavé arrangement for our next floral class. Join us Saturday, March 27 at the DLM School of Cooking, at either 10 or 11:30 a.m. Register online or call the Washington Square Floral Department at 434-1294 and ask for Hannah.
