Surf and Turf...The Perfect Valentine's Day Gift!
Start with a giant Red King Crab leg dipped in clarified butter. These legs are from Red King Crab harvested from the icy waters of the Barents Sea. These crabs were transplanted from the Bering Sea to the Barents Sea off northern Russia in 1960 as an experiment. From the large size of these legs it looks like a success! These legs weigh 14 to 16 oz each and are more than enough for two. Fully cooked, just warm them up in the oven and serve with warm butter. Combine the crab leg with a U.S.D.A. Prime DLM Boneless Rib-Eye Steak. Grill or broil with some DLM All Purpose Rub and you will be guaranteed success in preparing the perfect romantic dinner.

Celebrate Mardi Gras in Style!
Celebrate the spirit of Mardi Gras with a festive meal of New Orleans Jambalaya. This tempting creation is easy to make (think Zatarains and DLM Sausage) and goes perfectly with Abita Bock. A Mardi Gras party isn’t complete without the original party beer from Louisiana. The brewery is located in the Piney Woods, 30 miles north of New Orleans, where the beer is brewed in small batches with the pure pristine waters from Abita Springs.
