It's starting to get nippy and wet outside. Bring the family together for a homemade dinner of meatloaf and mashed potatoes. New! Tillen Farms Merry Maraschino Cherries
Tillen Farms is located in the heart of the Yakima Valley in Washington State, where crops grow in fertile volcanic soil. New to their line of premium pickled vegetables are Merry Maraschino Cherries. They are made with no preservatives, sulfates, artificial colors or flavors. And rather than corn syrup, pure cane sugar enhances the sweetness of the cherries, which are naturally gluten-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, and low in calories and carbs.
Kashi U
Kashi U is a new cereal promoting vitality for the five body systems: heart, immunity, bone, digestion, and mind. It is made with whole grain flakes and granola, black currants, and walnuts. The walnuts provide the omega-3 fatty acids to nourish the heart and arteries. Black currants and açai berries are two superfoods, along with vitamin E and zinc, making this a great immunity booster. With 7 grams of fiber, this cereal is great for digestive health, and the complex carbs provide you with sustained mental energy. The box is even made from 80% recycled paper!

Bottega Calabria Condiments
A spicy line from the unspoiled countryside of Calabria, in southern Italy, that features peperoncino as the main ingredient. The peppers are picked at peak ripeness and flavor. The pâtés are excellent with pasta dishes, slow-cooked meats, sandwiches, and cheeses. Tropeana Onion Jam makes a succulent glaze for meats, especially pork roasts. Interesting with semi-hard cheeses as well, such as young Pecorino. Great stocking stuffer for the foodie in your life.

New! Oliveri ''Testa Nera'' Porcini Mushrooms
This is extreme sporting for mushroom lovers: delicate, fleshy, and yes, pricey. But try this beautiful black porcini from Piedmont, Italy on top of a nice piece of DLM Filet Mignon...Mamma Mia! Or fold slices into omelets or pasta dishes. Another great gift idea for that someone special.

Dinner with Randall Price
Chef Randall Price cooked at the Brandywine Inn in Monroe for five years, and won the Great Chocolate Challenge from Chocolatier magazine. He earned a Grande Diplôme from Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris. His greatest thrill remains, however, cooking for his original inspiration, Julia Child. Randall is once again coming to the School of Cooking to wow us with his great recipes and his fabulous stories of working with the rich and famous in Europe. Appetizer – Randall will surprise us with one of his wonderful starters, and then proceed with Filet de Thon mi-cuit aux Épices Exotique et sa Galette de Riz Croustillant – tuna steaks marinated with wasabi, ginger, and pomegranate juice, cooked rare, on a baked risotto cake; Cornes d'Abondance Prince Alexandre – crispy lace cookies rolled and filled with chocolate mousse with a mystery flavor, created for HRH Crown Prince Alexander II of Serbia, President of the “Club of 100 Gourmets of France”.
