Recipe of the Week:
Lemon Rosemary Veggie Kebabs
Flavorful veggies from locally grown produce are really easy to make on the grill and a sure-fire way to please your family and friends. The marinade for this recipe uses rosemary, lemon, olive oil, and garlic for a mouthwatering Mediterranean flavor that is super-quick to make.

Calatravo
is a one-of-a-kind cheese! It has a beautiful log shape enhanced by an appealing, light moldy waxed rind. The semisoft interior reserves an incredible complexity, with a great lactic tang kindly embellished with a hint of caramel. Made from a blend of cow's and goat's milk, it's one of only a few cheeses to perform this way. Exceptional for melting or grilling.

Covadonga is a new hit among blue cheeses in Spain. This cheese is much milder, but has the same creamy texture as Cabrales or Valdeón. Made with a blend of pasteurized cow's and sheep's milk, its flavor is fresh, mildly spicy, and delicately salty. Rindless and blue veined with flecks of Penicillium roqueforti, it can be used perfectly for salads, on grilled meats, or on pasta.
