Recipe of the Week: Mexican Chicken Bites with Cilantro-Lime Salsa
Cinco de Mayo is a Mexican regional holiday, celebrated each year on the fifth of May, and observed in the United States and other countries around the world as a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride. This easy recipe could be used as an appetizer or meal when served with a crisp lettuce salad. It features DLM All-Natural, Air-Chilled Chicken Breast.
