Wild Morel Mushrooms
They will be flown in from Oregon this Saturday and will be available in the Produce department at all three stores! Belonging to the same fungus species as the truffle, the morel is widely applauded by gourmets who savor its smoky, earthy, nutty flavor. The marvelous flavor of the morel can be enjoyed when simply sautéed in butter.
