Recipe of the Week:
The Ultimate Grilled Cheese
We have combined two ingredients for making the perfect after-school snack or meal on-the-go. Here is a grilled cheese sandwich both adults and children will enjoy. The secret to making a perfect grilled cheese sandwich is cooking it over low heat, which brings out the subtle flavors of the cheese, and slathering the bread with butter, which crisps it in the pan. Comté Gruyère, with its semi-firm texture and nutty taste, is great for grilling.

Beers for Super Bowl Fans
The Arizona desert is home to 20 million rattlesnakes, and the desolation makes it a place where cold beer is important. For Crazy Ed Chilleen, of Cave Creek, Arizona (Population 1328, including coyotes and cattle), beer was much too important to be trusted to outsiders. So in 1989 he started brewing his own beer, Cave Creek Chili Beer. The beer was so good, that yuppies started driving in from all over to try it. Whenever one of them whined for a "wedge of lime", Ed started putting a hot Serrano chili pepper into the beer instead. Amazingly, people actually liked the taste, and we are sure the Cardinal fans will love it too!

Or if you’re a Steelers fan, look no further than the original beer from Pittsburgh—Iron City Beer . This is a favorite of all Pittsburgh natives and a must for the Super Bowl!

New! Fiber-Rich Pagal Pasta
Pagal, a Spanish company which has been maufacturing pasta for over 100 years, has launched a unique range of pastas aimed at helping consumers receive more nutritional benefits while eating their plates of spaghetti. When producing Pagal's Green Beans, Spinach & Carrots Pasta, an important amount of fine selected vegetables are added to the wheat, making the pasta a good source of iron and fiber. The second product is Pagal's Fiber White Pasta, which has added oat fiber to wheat, which means it contains three times more fiber than regular pasta, but maintains the same great taste as white pasta.
