Wild Morel Mushrooms
A great sign of spring is when you see the wild morel mushrooms appear in the store! We get ours flown in direct from Oregon to ensure the freshness. These mushrooms are delicious sautéed in butter. They will only be available for a short time (3-4 weeks), so come get some while you can! We only purchase our mushrooms from approved, reputable suppliers to ensure quality and food safety for our customers.

Special Guest Chef George Geary
Straight from California, George is facilitating two classes in the School of Cooking next week! He is the former pastry chef of the Walt Disney Co. Currently George teaches in over 120 schools from coast to coast, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and the high seas. His eighth book came out recently entitled 650 Best Food Processor Recipes. His books have sold over one million copies worldwide. George is also a frequent guest on NBC and ABC affiliates throughout the country on morning news programs cooking up his creations. George is a contributor to most of the major food magazines in the country.
