I enjoy cooking and eating an egg breakfast on Sunday morning when I have time to relax, brew a big pot of coffee, and read the Sunday newspaper. But unfortunately, my weekday breakfasts gets a little boring sometimes between a cup of oatmeal or some Greek yogurt.
So my go-to breakfast this time of year is our Scottish Eggs. You’ll find them in our Gourmet Takeaway case. We surround a perfectly cooked hard boiled egg with our fresh, storemade breakfast sausage and roll it panko breadcrumbs. Then we cook it until its golden brown. It is a yummy little protein blast! Plus, you can take it with you and it isn’t at all messy to eat.
