You’ve gotta try our Pizza of the Month for March: Spinach Alfredo!
The classic taste of a rich, creamy white sauce combined with spinach is simply delicious. So we had fun creating this new Naples-style Pizza for the month of March.
After hand stretching the dough, our pizzaiolis drizzle a little DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, crème fraîche, and freshly cracked black pepper to start out as the base. Then we layer on torn fresh mozzarella and crucolo cheeses that will melt beautifully into a creamy and delicious alfredo taste. On top comes the star of the show this month – the spinach! Strewn on top of the cheese is baby spinach that we sauté in DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil with a little fresh garlic, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.
This pizza is stunningly simple but so delicious because of the quality of the ingredients we use at our Naples-style Pizza stations every day. Flavor is what shines through in every bite. Come by and taste how good this pizza is!
