Introducing Our Local Summer Supper Club

Join the DLM Culinary team in June & July as we learn to cook and enjoy the bounty of everything local! We are hosting two Local Supper Club dinners where we’ll be using everything local we can get our hands on!

Our local farmers supply our Produce, Dairy, and Meat departments with the best selection of locally sourced deliciousness you’ll find anywhere in Dayton, and we want to bring that all together during these exciting events at the DLM Culinary Center.

The highlight of these Local Supper Club events will be a multi-course dinner party that’ll feature a menu spotlighting the best that nature has to offer that month! Wine and beer also will be available for purchase. Join us!

Local Supper Club Dates & Menus

6-7 p.m. Friday, June 16: The menu includes Panzanella (Rustic-Style Bread & Tomato Salad); Grass-Fed Beef Salad with Cucumbers and Herbs; Hill Family Farm Chicken with Ratatouille and Corn Pudding; and Grilled Fruit with Local Honey and Fresh Ricotta. Register now.

6-7 p.m. Friday, July 21: The menu includes Corn-Bacon Fritters with Herb Aioli; Sweet and Spicy Barbecued Hill Family Farm’s Chicken with Fennel, Celery and Apple Slaw; Zucchini with Cumin, Basil, Mint and Ricotta; and Spiced Peach Bread Pudding. Register now.
