The Hatch Hype is Here: 3 Hatch Chile Recipes

Fire up the roaster and get ready—the much-anticipated Hatch Chiles are here! Hatch chiles are named after the original growing area in Hatch Valley, New Mexico, and have a one-of-a-kind flavor with a smoky-heat. These peppers are grown along the beautiful Rio Grande River, where the rich soil and climate create the perfect conditions for this beautiful chile. The intense sunlight and cool nights in the valley result in a unique flavor. When roasted in our custom super-sized roaster, that flavor is in its full glory (be sure to grab a quart of roasted Hatch Chiles)!

When cooking at home, I love the way Hatch Chiles add flavor to eggs, fish, salsa, chicken, burgers, and just about everything! Or, try some of our favorite Hatch Chile recipes below!
