Looking to add a fresh twist to fish Fridays? In addition to the constant stream of new fish in our Seafood department’s case, we’ve got a few ideas of ways you can switch it up this Lenten season!
- Lobster Cake
New to our Seafood department, we are ecstatic to unveil this as it’s sure to become a fish Friday favorite (but look for it all week). The rich, buttery flavors of fresh lobster steal the show and rightly so. We’ll have these pre-made so you can pan-fry at home. Or, ask for us to prepare one at Jack’s Grill. Enjoy!
- Seafood Supper Club
We’ll be cooking and sharing our favorite seafood dishes at the DLM Culinary Center (6-7:30 p.m. during the following Fridays: February 16, March 2, and March 23). This series features a delicious 3-course sit-down dinner incorporating DLM’s fresh seafood! Register now!
- Oyster Happy Hour
Join us for Oyster Happy Hour where we roll out an oyster bar fully stocked with amazing toppings for your oysters. We shuck and serve oysters at a discounted price. Once you fill your plate, head over to the Wine & Beer department to sit down and enjoy with a glass of crisp white wine or an IPA. Join us 4-7 p.m. Wednesdays at DLM Washington Square and 4-7 p.m. Fridays at DLM Oakwood and Springboro for Oyster Happy Hour! See what oysters we’re serving up this week!
- Chesapeake Crab Cake Sandwiches
We make our Chesapeake Crab Cake Sandwiches with real crab meat and serve it warm on a Bakery bun with DLM Rémoulade, leaf lettuce, and tomato. Look for them any day of the week at the DLM Sandwich Station.
- Lobster Rolls
Our mouthwatering, traditional New England Lobster Rolls are made with 1/4-lb succulent lobster tossed with a little mayo, celery, and fresh parsley, and piled high on a bun. Order at Jack’s Grill any time.
