Tap into Superfoods with Chia Seed Yogurt Pudding Bowls

If you were like me growing up in the late 70’s and 80’s you couldn’t escape chia seeds . Not marketed to eat, but as something you could grow for a “pet.” Just think of the “ch-ch-ch-chia” jingle and you’ll know exactly what i’m talking about. In the last several years, chia seeds finally got the better reputation they deserve as a superfood. Chia seeds contain both  protein and fiber plus, it’s full of heart-healthy, plant-based Omega-3 fatty acids. They expand in liquid making for a “tapioca like” pudding that helps keep you feeling full longer.
