In fact, with the right cheese, it’s far from it as the perfect cheese has a way elevating the everyday to extraordinary. With that in mind, The DLM Cheese Shop is teaming up with DLM’s Chef Carrie to make our upcoming annual celebration of cheese—The Cheese Show, 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14—a more interactive eating experience by having several stations, like the Fondue Table and a Gourmet Mac ‘n Cheese Bar, that’ll show just how different cheeses can totally take the flavor profiles of foods in totally new directions.

As we prepare an amazing menu for this upcoming Cheese Show, complete with sweet and savory creations where cheese is the shining star as well as wines & beers to pair, we took a minute to give you a small taste of just how powerful cheese can be by exploring how a treasured favorite—mac ‘n cheese—can be taken in a gourmet direction.
